This is my second attempt at writing a blog, the first attempt was while I was pregnant, and even though I loved it I found it very difficult to come up with ideas for blog posts. Now that I've had my son and don't even have time to go to the bathroom, I'm full of ideas. Which brings us to the title of this post, What's in a name? The reason I chose the title, So Much Time So Little to Do! Strike that. Reverse it, is because it's one of my all time favorite lines from a movie (Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory), and because the quote completely sums up my life now that I have my son (don't get me wrong being a mom is the most amazing adventure I've ever embarked on but it's also the most demanding one).
I have an 8 month old son, I work full time as a Middle School teacher, I have 2 dogs and a cat, I've been married for 5 years, we own a fixer upper home in California, and I haven't even mentioned all the stuff I like to do for fun. Most of the time I'm so exhausted I have to decide weather I value eating or sleeping more. Since i'm a glutton for punishment I've decided to start blogging because it turns out my life isn't busy enough as is.
This blog will mostly be a mommy blog, sorry, I know there are a million out there but now there gets to be a million and one! I'll be writing about my adventures in mommyhood and how I try to stay sane when it feels as if everyone around me has things under control, while I can't even find a clean pair of underwear.
